How much volume do I need to retain my affiliation?
You need a total of 50 PPV (Personal Point Volume) over a rolling six-month period. In other words, if you (or your Retail Customers) purchase at least one box of GanoCafe Classic per month, you will remain an Affiliate. This, however, does not necessarily qualify you to receive bonus checks. In order to be considered bonus-qualified in a particular weekly bonus cycle, you must have at least 50 PV in the previous 28 days (4 weekly bonus cycles) and must personally enroll two affilites who have at least 50 PV. One of these affiliates must be placed in your left and the other in your right binary leg. These requirements are in addition to the relevent GV requirements for your rank. Lastly, to earn the rank of Gold or above you must increase your PV qualification to 100.
What is Gano Excel's return policy?
In the US, you may return products for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date of sale. Products must be in resaleable condition (i.e. not opened). Exchanges and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In the event you are cancelling your Affiliation with Gano Excel, you may return any products that have been purchased up to 45 days from the date of purchase, subject to the same conditions above.
What if I'm allergic to mushrooms?
If you have allergies to mushrooms, please consult your physician prior to using any of the Gano Excel products.
How do I use the product?
The coffee is packaged for one serving, so all you need to do is pour in 6 - 8 ounces of hot water. You can add flavoring to all of the coffees, but they already have a natural sweetener and non-dairy creamer added. The CLASSIC coffee has nothing added...it's black, so feel free to add whatever you like to that one (this is also the best one to use if you are a diabetic...this way you can add your artificial sweetener to it).
When are bonus checks paid?
Weekly bonuses are paid in the third week after the week of sale. For instance, if the qualifying sale was made in the first week of February, bonuses are issued the fourth week of February.
